Key Responsibilities:
• In charge of financial topics related to SSC teams
• Maintain Budget Pack, Define and submit budget projections, drive budget transfers, financial management & reporting, T&E follow-up for the SSC teams, Cost center expense tracking/ cost reviews on a monthly basis.
• Analysis of gaps between Actuals/ Budget for Financials/ Efforts.
• Ensure quality and consistency of data as well as performance control for off-shore across the tools used for Project Office (Clarity), finance, procurement etc.
• Maintain Clarity tool up to date and ensure quality of information, maintenance of project structure, On-boarding new joiners, managing headcount departures, Control and update of headcount phasing, Requests for cost center and charge code creation, Jira requests related to Clarity
• Project management- scope definition, resource planning, SSA creation, follow-up, status reporting, risk highlighting etc.
• Resource management: Block- leave compliance, mandatory trainings, people information management, timesheet compliance etc.
• SLA/OLA management with different teams, regions, entities of BNPParibas. Yearly review of SLA/OLA with respective onshore /offshore teams.
• ISPL invoicing process and charge-back, Management of financials (e.g., prepare invoices, ensure financial integrity of data, payment follow-up)
• Invoice management for Vendors/ Contractors / Consultants/ Activity Outsourced, Contract management
• Coordinate with different ISPL teams like SLA, Finance, Project office, OPC etc. for SSC activities
• Documentation and repository management.
• SPOC for IT Governance initiatives, Provide governance support to all the teams in SSC.
• KPI Reporting/ ISPL reporting including project cards/reports/dashboards on periodic basis
• Formalize a communication structure, templates and guidelines for effective communication with internal and external clients.
• Overall responsible for providing effective knowledge management and reporting for the SSC teams.
