Roles & Responsibilities Include:
? Receives, Updates, Closes Service Requests in Customer Service Request\ISTM System
? Validates Service Requests against Specified Rules & Taking further action
? Uses existing procedures to resolve standard problems around End User Account Administration
? Follows defined Work Instruction & Scripts to Provide Access, Provision New Users, Change, and De-Provision User Accounts in IBM Identity Manager
? Provides Access, Provision New Users, Change Access & De-Provision User Accounts in other Applications\Software\Systems directly (e.g. Databases, Servers, Applications, Network and Group Memberships etc.)
? Assists End Users with First Level Troubleshooting steps for Account & Access Related Issues
Skills Required:
? Good Understanding of Windows Client & Server Operating Systems
? Knowledge of basic Windows Server roles, principles, methods, technologies and practices of a technical field.
? Understanding of Active Directory principles, concepts, theories, technologies and standards
? Experience in the Administration, Support and Day-To-Day Activities of the Active Directory Environment.
Qualifications:
? Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) preferred.
? Undergraduate Degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
