Roles and Responsibility

Intermediate Technical Writer

Some knowledge  of networking

Experience  writing configuration and user guides for medium to easy networking   features

Some experience with CCMS and XML authoring  tools

Must have experience working in documentation teams, and the ability to communicate status to the Documentation Lead

2-5 years of technical  writing experience

 

Junior Technical Writer/Intern

Course work  in technical writing and networking concepts

Some experience writing user guides and reference  content

Some experience with CMS and XML authoring  tools

1-3 years of technical  writing experience
