Additional Info( Detailed JD)In this role you will be responsible for managing and driving this Risk Reporting via Salesforce platform (known as 360 internally) and process related to supporting and managing project related Risks. You would be responsible for collaborating with Delivery Leads, Project Managers, POCs & coordinate with all the other stakeholders for Risk data and related Reports. You will ensure that all the data is validated/ verified and collated in the system and would also be responsible for in-depth analysis and reporting of Risk. Preparing metrics & innovative trends to identify key areas of concerns, and presenting the results & analysis to Leadership Team/s. You will need to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders i.e. from Delivery/Team Leads to Portfolio Delivery Leads (PDLs) & internal teams to address their needs & concerns, as necessary. Generating Financial Dashboards in Tableau is one of the key additional responsibilities you will be expected to take up. You will be required to take necessary initiatives, from time to time, to make the process more relevant and useful for the organization.
