Business Development Associate
Location : Pune
· Outbound calling experience and Quality monitoring – 2-5 yrs experience will suffice.
· Candidates from BPO industry will be preferred.
· Communication skills have to be very good.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Generating Enquiries as per assigned Monthly Target
2) Generating Surveys as per requirement
3) Making sure Quality parameters are met on Inbound, Outbound & Information calls
4) Show Consistent improvement in Enquiry & Complaint Quality Score
5) Implement the Feedback shared by Quality Analyst
6) Seek refresher training from Trainer to improve the performance
7) To be aware of the product & division updates shared by Team Leader & follow in day to day activities
8) Making sure correct resolution provided on every customer call
9) Adherence to attendance, Shift timings & Company Policy.
