Roles and Responsibility

Provide consulting services and/or technical support services to Amazon in relation to audio visual (AV equipment) including: daily checks and inspections on equipment; minor repairs to equipment; troubleshoot any equipment issues; daily setup and test of equipment; maintain status and incident reports related to equipment functions.

Description

Supporting customers for Meetings or Live events at the site. Perform daily checks and inspections on equipment; minor repairs to equipment; troubleshoot any equipment issues; daily setup and test of equipment; maintain status and incident reports related to equipment functions, Perform audit for the AV/VC devices for the site.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Responsible for the Provision, support and maintenance of audio visual equipment deployed across sites. Minimum 2 Years of Experience supporting Audio & Video conferencing operations and Management. Working knowledge of audio and visual conference room equipment. Video / audio conference setup and support. ensure all sites are connected on time and receiving / transmitting good audio / video. Supporting Presentation / multimedia meeting room support, including duration support. Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN (Ethernet・TCP/IT etc.) and related experience. Carry out regular preventative room checks, ensuring all equipment functions correctly in accordance with the room check procedure. Carry out first line fault repairs.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Responsible for the Provision, support and maintenance of audio visual equipment deployed across sites. Minimum 2 Years of Experience supporting Audio & Video conferencing operations and Management. Working knowledge of audio and visual conference room equipment. Skilled in handling Video Conferencing globally, which include in-room and desktop conferencing technology. Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN (Ethernet・TCP/IP etc.) and related experience. Carry out regular preventative room checks, ensuring all equipment functions correctly in accordance with the room check procedure. Carry out first line fault repairs.
