Roles and Responsibility

Job Description:

  • Plan strategically for current and future business environments, including future technology and business design changes to create flexible solutions
  • Create process engineering and/or business flow assessments to ensure appropriate reengineering of solutions. Develops complex service models and prototypes, creates and implements customer feedback mechanisms, uses knowledge of human factors engineering principles
  • Create Business Plans/supports (including business cases) to assure plans meet company goals and integrates these with technical programs and project plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, to serve as lead conduit between developers, architects, designers and with external and internal customers
  • Provide functional/technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
  • Provide consultation to users in detailed functionalities of automated systems
  • Serve in an expert consultant role in SDLC (Agile and TDD). May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues
  • Advanced knowledge of systems flows, engineering documentation, tools and architecture concepts required
  • Support Development staff by assisting with functionality questions, addressing testing issues, EPR issues, training on new products and all delivery planning aspects for deployment of a service or product, as assigned

 

 

Skills:

  • Strong business acumen
  • Hospitality domain experience is a BIG plus
  • Experience in writing SQL Queries
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent Verbal, Written and Communication skills 

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to identify business drivers in the product that enable the revenue stream.
  • Ability to articulate complex business concepts to development and testing, and document the flow
  • Ability to work independently on complex issues
  • Ability to provide clear acceptance criteria to scrum teams
  • Analyzes business/customer problems and identify Sabre product gaps
  • Provides input to technical and business aspects of requirements
  • Collaborates with team to provide input on requirements
  • Provides inputs for go/no-go decision making for every release in conjunction with key stakeholders
  • Authorized to accept/sign-off stories at completion
  • Breaks down and prioritizes team backlog
  • Supports Product Managers, Interfaces with Marketing/Customer for developing an understanding of business problems
  • Creates Functional Requirements Document (FRD) as required
  • Verifies accuracy of release notes, User Guide as required in partnership with Product Manager
  • Conducts customer demo as needed
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
  • Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
