Roles and Responsibility

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The role will require working closely with geographically dispersed teams across the world and needs strong techno-functional skills in a fast paced, challenging environment
  • The successful candidate must have strong end to end hands on experience in Data Migration across all stages of ETL
  • They should understands all parts of the software data migration design, development, deployment, documentation & testing
  • The candidate should to be able to work effectively on complex discussions across teams, working with technical and non-technical users, including software and quality engineers, product managers, marketing and support teams with minimal supervision

 

Must Have Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience in Data Migration across all phases (ETL).
  • Strong experience in development of optimized workflows, transformations, data mappings
  • Hands on experience in data upload, error analysis, conversions, reporting and business process analysis
  • Experience in working through all steps of various SDLC like waterfall and agile delivering data migration service to production for customers
  • Proficient in different databases like Oracle, My SQL, Teradata, MariaDB
  • Proficient in PentaHo
  • A record of successful delivery of data migration as an individual contributor
  • Strong time management skills and problem solving skill
  • Ability to work in an onsite-offshore model with globally distributed teams and clients
  • Experience developing and executing the data migration for high-performance, high-availability, web-based solutions in a startup like environment
