Roles and Responsibility
  • Min. 8 years of QA testing experience with sound knowledge of network protocols, Solution testing of Wireless, Gateway Products or Wireless controllers,
  • Work closely with Development teams and understand the feature requirements
  • Setup and maintain Testbeds for Feature, System and Scale testing
  • Review new Feature design documents and make sure feature is security complaint and prepare test plans
  • End-to-end testing of WiFi, Controller, and Gateway Functions
  • Automate the test cases using a scripting language and available framework
  • Continuous updating on knowledge of various new features being developed
  • Work closely with various teams distributed across different time zones
  • Procedures, bug descriptions, and test reports
  • Communicate, verbally and in written form, with team members and co-workers

 

 

Job Description:

  • Experience in Python/Perl scripting and automation frameworks
  • Good analytical skills and sound debugging skills, Good documentation abilities
  • Knowledge of Wireless (802.11) protocols, L2/L3 Networking, Network Security, Routing, Tunneling, VLAN technologies
  • Knowledge of Radius, TACACS/Diameter, 802.1X, Hotspot 2.0 R1 and R2, Wispr, Captive Portal/Hotspot/BYOD
  • Hands on experience of Wireshark, Shell scripting, Log slash, and Radius is added advantage

Education Qualification:BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech degree with Min. 8+ years of QA testing experience with sound knowledge of network protocols, Solution testing of Wireless, Gateway Products or Wireless controllers,
