Roles and Responsibility
  • Performing archive module of the migration
  • Performing different PACS data migrations to Philips Xcelera/ISCV application
  • Assist in troubleshooting migrations issues involving the Philips Data Migration Tool
  • Reporting migration details for the purpose of migration tracking and product improvement
  • Validating the migration performance and the data
  • Manage all stages of the migration
  • Perform Microsoft Transact SQL queries, updates and data manipulations
  • Demonstrate a high level of empathy for customer concerns
  • Work as a team member, integral to the successful implementation of targeted objectives
  • Resolve migration service issues
  • Document results of customer using One EMS tracking systems
  • Document suggestions for continued improvements to internal systems and products
  • Document time using Clarity time entry system as directed by the Philips Project Manager

 

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a product support, technical repair or troubleshooting capacity
  • Experience using Transact-SQL queries, SQL Server maintenance, troubleshooting and performance issues related to hardware and software
  • Experience in configure and managing the storage devices
  • Great customer relations skills
  • Good organization, time management, and writing skills
  • Computer savvy and familiarity with computer hardware acquisition and configuration
  • Windows Server IT experience
  • Network troubleshooting and analysis
  • Demonstrated effective oral communication skills; diction, grammar and tone
Desired candidate
Technical degree, PACS/DICOM experience (preferred but not mandatory) and HL7 knowledge is preferred
