Job Purpose
You will be developing pioneering approaches to deploying packages across the enterprise. This role will be playing a critical part in providing both architectural direction and ongoing operational support on Client side application deployments using cloud DBs. You will be participating in all phases of software development life cycle: analysis, design, develop, test, debug, deploy, maintain and update as well as work with the team to improve the overall performance, stability, scalability and effectiveness of package deployment client and cloud database systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of C# , .NET and SQL Server
- Understanding of both front and back-end development
- Broad understanding of web architecture and how it applies to scalability
- Collaborating with product managers and business partners to understand software requirements
- Have Object Oriented Design experience
- Agile software development, prototyping, and code review experience
- Computer Science Degree Highly preferred
- Collaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-making
- Develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business
- Be empowered to provide alternate design solutions
- Troubleshoot production support issues including post release deployment issues. Have the ability to solve complex production issues
- Facilitate and drive solutioning discussions with proven strong relationship skills
Travel.
Infrequent travel may be required to support functions such as offsite meetings, remote offices or similar. For local events, the incumbent may need to drive to the event site.
Experience and Skills:
- Agile software development, prototyping and code reviews
- Visual Studio 2016/17
- 3 years (or more) of.NET and C# development experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
- Service integration (REST, MQTT, AMQP)
- Must show initiative, self-motivation, and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
