Roles and Responsibility
  • Experience in Projects in the capacity of a Business Analyst or a PM.
  • Understands the “control” mindset and has a strong appreciation of detail
  • Extensive knowledge of ETDs and securities
  • 10 years of experience in the futures market, with 3 in Projects/Change Management
  • Sound knowledge of both Futures & Options and Non-listed Clearing and Execution processes and fee methodologies
  • Good knowledge of fee or trade reconciliations
  • Important client detail comprehension, such as membership types, incentive plan participants, hedge requirements on listed derivatives process
  • Good knowledge on GMI architecture & Static Setups.
  • Sound knowledge on posting journals/adjustment entries
  • Strong stake-holder engagement and influencing skills with the ability to influence people and navigate a matrix organization
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Buildings fail safe quality control procedures, anticipating and fixing control breaks.
  • Strategic thinking, customer focus and relationship management
  • Perform pro-active risk reviews (in-depth) on the all the high risk functions

 

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of MS Office Tools
  • Knowledge of ISDA/CSA, Margining concepts(Directly with clients / through clearing platforms) 
  • Advanced knowledge of the life cycle of Derivative trades, [processing, settlement, and confirmation] and be able to work with clients and customer service team on operational and margining issues
  • Able to understand the complexities of derivatives pricing and counter party risk
  • Knowledge of US and European financial regulations - EMIR, Dodd Frank etc.
  • Knowledge of Product and system technical areas
  • Ability to articulate complex issues/ideas to all levels of management in a highly professional and understandable and timely manner
  • Ability to work with virtual teams and matrix organizations
  • Relevant experience of People Management
  • Knowledge of Exchange Fee Process, Brokerage systems: ECS, GPS, BPS,ICE US Applications; ATOM, AFTS, EGUS, EGAINS, Client Interest,  Margins, ,strong Accounting skill set and extensive Knowledge on Fee structure across all exchanges
