Roles and Responsibility
  • Report and dashboard development in the Micro Strategy dimensional model
  • Translate reporting requirements documents into Micro Strategy dataset and dashboard out puts
  • Responsible for Information delivery across all business units in VF as required using Micro Strategy Business Intelligence tool
  • Development and maintenance of the Micro Strategy Data Model using Micro Strategy Architect
  • Provision of support to business users in relation to Reporting and Analytics
  • Business requirements gathering and assessment of the impact of business changes on the Micro Strategy and Data Warehouse Model
  • Independently deliver impactful & efficient Reporting/ Visualization/Dashboard solutions to a market as per SLA
  • Own engagement with relevant stakeholders from the supported market
  • Coach junior team members in relevant areas through deep knowledge in one or more technical / functional areas
  • Support projects / initiatives in innovation & bottom line impact
  • Technical Expert to provide support to the team members on the technology
  • Responsible for providing the end to end MSTR solution
  • Should be aware of the best in practice of the MSTR effects and the latest trends
  • Help business get the right insight into the business based on the dynamic dashboard.
  • Own the technical responsibility and feasibility of the solution and challenges till the end of delivery
  • Utilize knowledge of functional area to link business problems and analytics solutions
  • Delivering assigned projects - Define scope, adhering to SLAs, impact assessment and closure
  • Stakeholders Engagement - communication, updates, transition, issue resolution & Deepening of engagement
  • Processes- Documentation, innovation, identifies & drives opportunities for improving productivity and efficiency
  • Support junior team members to utilize best practices within the organization.
