Roles and Responsibility
  • Coordinates and executes projects along with internal customers
  • Ensure conformance to organization’s IT security policies and guidelines; review security implementations.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions from different vendors.
  • Execution of technical feasibility studies / solution.
  • Drive Change Management
  • Identifies the core of complex issues by analyzing information systematically and logically.
  • Communicates clearly, conveying messages in a way that others can understand – in both written and oral communication.
  • Fulfills internal and external quality commitments. Takes on responsibility for producing high quality solutions.
  • Strong customer interaction skills, communication skills and presentation skills
  • Works collaboratively with virtual team across the organization to achieve group goals; energizes people to work together to accomplish business results

 

Experience and Skills required:

  • At least with 3 years’ experience in IT domain, particularly experience in handling IT infrastructure projects.
  • Independently handling of IT infrastructure projects
  • Experience in working with cross-cultural teams or individuals
  • General IT backend technology experience
