Roles and Responsibility

Mandatory Skills: Juniper, VOIP, IP Telephony, UCC and Load Balancing

Secondary Skills: CISCO Routers and Switches.

Experience: 10-12 years

 

Job Description for Network Voice:

Requires in-depth working knowledge of all aspects of IP Telephony and UC&C solutions

  • Session Border Control design
  • Experience with SIP designs including a detailed understanding of SIP Messaging and Call Flows
  • Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting SBC Voice Gateways
  • Responsible for designing hosted UC solutions leveraging cloud architectures, such as: Unified Communications as a Service (UCCaaS)
  • Expert level proficiency of Cisco Call Center technologies like UCCX and scripting.
  • Strong experience in call flow design and development in Cisco UCCX environments.
  • SIP, H.323 and MGCP voice protocol configuration experience
  • Knowledge of and proven experience with Cisco Call manger and Unity Connection

Other networking skills

  • Responsible for Configure and installing various network devices and services (e.g. Juniper SRX/ISG/SSG, Cisco ASA, Routers and Switches)                                                       
  • Implement change requests as per business needs on Juniper/Cisco Firewall/Routers/Switches.                             
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network infrastructure related hardware and software issues.                                                                                                                                            
  • Performs analysis and diagnosis of highly complex networking problems                                                                              
  • Assists with deployment and strategy of tools and related Network Management Systems.   Responsible for Private and public IP address Allocation & Firewall Port open requests                                                                                                                                 
  • Configure and Manage Web filtering, Content filtering using Juniper SRX UTM                                                         
  • Hands on experience in designing Network architecture & Updating network diagrams in Visio/and other documentation tools.
