Key Roles & Responbility :

  • Manage & Administer AWS / Azure Native Security Tools Cloud Infrastructure & the listed Security Controls
  • Configuration, Change, Problem Management and administration of following security technologies
  • Provide Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3 support
  • Daily service availability monitoring and validation proper collection of Azure subscription logs, flow logs

 

 

Job Description


AWS Security groups/NACLs, VPNs and Azure Network Security groups/ACLs, VPNs

  • Responding to alerts from monitoring system
  • Administration / Review / Create / modify  of policy and rules
  • Troubleshooting connectivity related issues specific Security groups and ACL Policies
  • Prepare documentation of known errors and KEDB
  • Alert appropriate teams for Capacity issues and remediation actions

Barracuda NGFW and IPS

  • Responding to alerts from Monitoring system
  • Administration / Review / Create / Modify / Configure / Tuning of policy and rules
  • Signature Configuration
  • Perform Signature update
  • Device management
  • Implement remediation as per recommendation and guidelines from Security Monitoring service provider limited to capability of toolsets

 

Sophos Antivirus and Tripwire FIM & FireEye HX

  • Policy addition, change / review  and exception categorization.
  • Create customized package for windows and Linux OS platforms.
  • Maintain Groups & Subgroups, create packages
  • Configure/Modify Host IPS, Firewall, App whitelisting and FIM Policies
  • Enhance Dashboards
  • Implement remediation as per recommendation and guidelines from Security Monitoring service provider limited to capability of toolsets

 

Barracuda WAF & AWS WAF

  • Responding to alerts from Monitoring system
  • Configure / Tune / Administration of rules
  • Device management
  • Implement remediation as per recommendation and guidelines from Security Monitoring service provider limited to capability of toolsets

 

Software Defined Perimeter (SDP) -  Vidder

  • Administration of Policy and rules
  • Review and Validate Rules
  • Troubleshooting connectivity related issues SDP Policies
  • Prepare documentation of known errors and KEDB
  • Alert appropriate teams for Capacity issues and remediation actions
  • Change request creation
  • Generate reports - Monthly for customer review

 

AWS GuardDuty & Azure Security Center

  • VPC flow logs, Cloud trail security logs, DNS query logs configuration management.
  • Ruleset configuration & fine tuning
  • Ruleset configuration
  • Ruleset fine tuning

 

Azure OMS

  • Baseline scans, Web scans, Malware scans configuration management
