Roles and Responsibility

Skills Required:

  • Strong customer and service orientation with experience in end-user support
  • A natural curiosity for problem-solving and strong desire to understand the root causes of issues
  • Strong analytical skills, including trend analysis and presentation of problem analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support a global business user population
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical business users

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Resolving SAP FI & MM business queries and problems for a complex Procure to Pay process, requiring excellent analytical skills on case-by-case issues
  • Driving continuous improvement in FI & MM through problem management and root cause analysis
  • Identifying opportunities for FI & MM process improvements and automation to drive scale and efficiency
  • Coordinating testing and deployment of FI & MM changes in SAP ECC
  • Support and training of SAP FI & MM business users on new or changed functionalities in SAP ECC
  • Work on rotational shift, flexibility with working hours to support global user population
  • Good analytical skills and more over a quick learner and a good team player
  • Able to work independently without supervision and deliver results

 

Experience Required:

  • SAP FI certification preferred
  • SAP MM certification a benefit
  • Possess 2-5 years FI & MM experience; specifically in the following areas: Vendor Master, Accounts Payable, Receipting, Invoicing, Purchasing & Master Data
  • Configuration and customization experience in the area of: creation and grouping of Vendor Master Data, creation and maintenance of Document Types, Posting Periods and Payment processes in AP
  • Vendor Payment: SAP FI experience in banking, AP Outgoing payments and Open item clearing in A/P, Automatic Payment Program for A/P including Partial Payment Configuration
  • Project Systems experience especially how WBS elements and Appropriation requests interact with Purchase orders
  • LSMW: Expertise on Legacy system data migration, LSMW
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other service management application, and knowledge of ITIL processes
