Roles and Responsibility :
  • Responsible for the End to End Recruitment Process
  • Handling Middle & Senior level positions for Non IT (i.e. major investment banking clients- RBS, Credit Suisse, Barclays) & IT clients for Domestic as well as International Markets
  • Handling the complete life cycle of recruitment process, from obtaining the job specifications, sourcing & screening resume(through job sites, references/networking, head hunting/mapping, existing database and networking), telephonic screening, scheduling interviews, closure, reference checks, pre/post offer follow up and ensuring smooth on-boarding of candidates
  • Close interaction with BU heads/Hiring Managers/Technical Managers and Business Development Managers for understanding the requirement & its criticality, to close the positions within TAT
  • Managing & mentoring a team of 5 hiring executives in order to set targets and deadlines for closing requisitions
  • Responsible for coordination of various recruitment processes during recruitment drives
