Roles and Responsibility :
  • Schedule, administer and monitor robots in the operational environment
  • Serve as Point of Contact for RPA Global Support, get heavily involved in rapid recovery of RPA solutions during production outages, and communicate accordingly to impacted customers
  • Perform root cause analysis and identify solutions to prevent reoccurrences of incidents
  • Participate to support documentation creation, update and sharing
  • Participates and ensure adherence to incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Participate to the continuous improvement of the platform monitoring and production processes
  • Understand and remain fully aware of the business processes automated on the production platform
  • Participate to Resiliency events (Disaster Recovery, Sustained Resiliency, etc.) to ensure Business Continuity objectives are met
  • Maintains effective relationships with core and extended program team members, peers, senior stakeholders and business managers
  • Provide weekly reporting for the support activities

 

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Experience overall 4-8 years & Blue Prism 2 years
  • Experience in supporting or developing RPA Solution (Blue Prism would be a distinct advantage)
  • A strong application/user support background with client facing internet and back office applications
  • Strong knowledge on ITIL
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Willingness to learn complex applications and unique data
