Roles and Responsibility:

  • Developing solution to automate business process using RPA platforms   
  • Evaluate RPA tools and provide recommendations                                        
  • Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility
  • Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams Customized and developed reusable objects
  • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the Pre-UAT phases
  • Supporting the operational teams during the UAT and rollout phases
  • Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution
  • Ensuring delivery as per SOW / SLA
  • Should be able to effectively communicate with the team and client to manage delivery issues
