Job Description:
• Must Have:
* + 2 - 5 years’ experience in Recruitment
? Responsible for end to end recruitment process: Sourcing, Staffing, Offer and on boarding candidates.
? Conducting various scheduled and Mega walkin drives to close bulk requirements.
? Scheduling & sourcing through various Job portals, Job boards, Social Networking and referrals extensively and efficiently.
? Screening and follow up with the candidates.
? Taking care of the weekend drives conducted at all over locations.
? Create and manage database of all candidates with details.
? Preparing the daily, weekly and open position trackers.
? Maintaining track record for the submissions,Selections&Joiners.
? Working for major IT clients for various requirements.
? Experience in handling drives held at client’s premises.
? Understanding the requirement specification given by the Client.
? Attending client calls for requirement clarifications.
