Job Description:
• Must Have:
* + 2 - 5 years experience in Operations management in Digital Payment industry
* Willingness to work on shift basis
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improvement to each function as well as coordination and communication between various business functions
* Manage day to day processing on various digital payment products
* Excellence in system / transaction monitoring, downtime analysis. Coordinate with internal and external teams.
Desirables
* Knowledge of following domain would be in added advantage – Payment Gateway, ACS, Fraud Management System, ETC, UPI, IMPS & AEPS
* Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
