Roles and Responsibility

Project Governance Will track EDA actions and update Dispensation Log on Confluence

Process Standardization/Improvements will be responsible to align the architecture to Salesforce strategy on Integrations, Data, Org and Security

Process Standardization/Improvements will be responsible for contributing towards COE activities and fully own area(s) allocated under the Architecture and Design

Stakeholder Management will be responsible to follow up, have regular catchup with the lead architect to keep them abreast with the key design decisions being made on the project

Stakeholder Management will be responsible for securing sign-offs from respective architects; Data (Heble Nandakumar) Integration (Joyce Priestley), Business Domain and Salesforce Architect (Nick Parfett)

Stakeholder Management support Salesforce Architect [Nick Parfett] with any Salesforce related architecture aspects

Stakeholder Management build a good working rapport with Central Architecture team
