5+ years’ experience with
performance testing, Jmeter and Blazerunner testing tools, writing test plans,
and reviewing non-functional test cases
Hands-on experience with
performance test simulations, performance analysis, performance tuning,
performance monitoring in N-Tier environment
Hands-on experience in
testing complex business applications and understanding large complex data
environments
Development experience with
Java
Strong troubleshooting/problem
solving skills
Ability to prioritize and
execute multiple tasks effectively
Strong ability to work in a
collaborative Integrated Performance environment
Ability to communicate
effectively with a diverse team (internal and external)
Strong interpersonal
