Skills:

·         WAN Technologies: MPLS, IPVPN, DSL, P2P links

·         LAN: VLAN, VTP, STP

·         ITIL Process knowledge

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Proactively monitor customer networks to identify fault occurrences

·         Acknowledge check and respond to customer fault reports

·         Focus on in-depth diagnostics and intermittent fault resolution targeted and measured within defined Vodafone Customer Service Level Agreements

·         CCNA Routing & Switching experience with technical profile background

·         Experience in troubleshoot LAN and Wan issues
