Job Description:
Responsible for defining and
managing the scope of Business Systems projects
Primary duties may include, but
are not limited to;

Defines functional,
usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system
·
Creates and performs
feature testing and determines environmental needs
·
Provides the link between
the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical
solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business
·
Partners with business,
architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure
business area satisfaction
·
Defines detail design
components with high level architecture blueprints
·
Coordinates integration
activities to ensure successful implementation
·
Proactively works with
stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements
·
Experience
in writing EPICS, User Stories
·
Understanding of
DOR, DOD
·
Experience
in prioritization techniques
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor’s degree in
computer science or equivalent
·
Strong Communication
skills. Ability to effectively
communicate with both business and technical teams across geographies.
·
4+ years of overall experience
·
3+
years of working in an agile/scrum team preferred
·
Experience
with respect to service
oriented architecture(SOA), understanding of, micro services, REST and SOAP
services
·
Experience
in creating Swagger
·
Experience
in creating request and response in XML and JSON format
·
Experience with SQL
·
Knowledge of Health
insurance domain Preferred
·
Demonstrated leadership,
communication and problem solving skills
Confident and able to multi-task
and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
