Roles and Responsibility

·         Provide technical leadership to team of SMEs

·         Technical Expertise & Hands on knowledge in one or more areas applications like DWH, SAP BO

·         Overall knowledge of the E2E application deployment architecture database systems & solution for their application suite (DWH Provisioning etc.)

·         Interface between Application operations and DBA / OS teams for planning and execution of changes

·         Performance tuning of application database queries and support

·         Technical specialist for resolving all complex & critical application issues/ challenges faced by the team

·         Accountable for meeting & improving SLA & KPIs for their application suite

·         Responsible for driving down the incidents problem trouble tickets service request trends

·         Support on work allocation (shifts rotas

·         Expertise in ITIL/ITSM processes

·         Strong Skills of Unix & PL/SQL
