external payroll providers and external advisors
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and facilitate the
activities related to Payroll vendor change support implementation while
performing Data validation, cleanup, and migration and also data mapping
Automatization of processes
with a focus on setting up employee self-service system and payroll systems
Develop Excel Macros to
simply the processes, deft in Excel
Communicate all payroll
processes and essential payroll elements to employee/stakeholders in a clear
and comprehensive way
Follow up of evolutions in
the market and pro-actively propose improvements
Data management, reporting
and budgeting in close collaboration with the HR IS Specialist
SPOC for all internal and
external audits on payroll topics
Participant in various HR
projects related to payroll and vendor changes
Vendor migration project -
Data validation, cleanup, and migration and also data mapping
Effective in driving change
management & communication with relevant stakeholders
Assess on the risks
associated with Payroll vendors and suggest effective ways
