Roles and Responsibility

·         Should have 10 to 13 yrs of experience with minimum 3 yrs of relevant experience in Project Management

·         Career progression should be that of a Software Engineer, SSE, Tech Lead/Project Lead and then into Project Management

·         Experience in project implementation (at least two)

·         Should have handled minimum three projects at any given point of time OR should have handled one larger project (more than $10 million in revenue)

·         Should have excellent client management skills and communication skills

·         Extensive experience creating WBS and breaking down the activities

·         Ability to liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery timelines are adhered

·         Tight control on RAG (Red Amber Green) status for all line items in delivery

·         Experience in Project Management tools

Desired candidate

PMP or Scrum Master Certification
