·         Provisioning of Cisco IPT voice customer extensions and features Move Add Change and Deletion of Customer extensions and phone features

·         Provisioning of IPCC agents and Supervisor

·         Hunt group Creations and Modifications

·         Configuration in Analog gateways for analog phones Configuration of Individual and Group Voicemails Auto attendants

·         Creation of users in Verint Call recorder

·         Frequent interactions with Onshore End customers and Account Service managers

·         Process Improvements BCP situations support etc.
