Able to do the Testing of
Electrical Panel as & when required & its trouble shooting
·
Erection & Commissioning of
100MVA Transformers, 125 MVA
·
Generators, MCC, UPS, ACDB, DCDB,
PLC, Panel, LT motor with termination
·
Looking after Operation &
Maintenance of Ash Handling Plant in dense phase conveying system &
Coal Mill Reject system
·
Operation & Maintenance
of VFD,LT & HT Switchgear
·
Commissioning of drives like
LT & HT Motors, switchgear feeder and setup communication between MCC &
PLC through Modbus
·
Connection, operation &
Maintenance of electrical LT switchgear, ACB & DOL/RDOL both
·
Rectifying faults and
maintenance in LT& HT switchgear
·
Checking parameters of
compressors regularly
·
Monitoring of power
consumption in AHP daily
·
Maintaining daily progress report
of Operation& Maintenance, erection of mill reject system
·
Maintaining Daily Progress
Report of Erection Of Mill Reject System.
·
Preparation of Supply
Bill of Material to the client and maintaining Daily MIS Report
Experience and Skills Required:
·
Experience in Auto CAD/E plan
software to design & drawing the Electrical circuit drawing
·
Knowledge on Electrical
International Std. for selection of electrical switchgear/Cable/Wire etc.
·
Experience in Electrical
logic/PLC Programming & testing for Process Application in Package
·
Experience
of loop checking from PLC Panel to field
·
Experience of different types
and sizes of Cable laying
·
Experience in operation of
instrument air Compressor & Conveying Air Compressor
·
Experience of Dry &
Wet Ash Handling Vacuum System
