Roles and Responsibility

·         Provide and implement solution for end users issues and problems

·         Report SLA KPI Incident Problem

·         Interface with other functions for optimizing the services

·         Create strategy and roadmap to increase footprint of the service

·         Drive cost and efficiencies identify and deliver CSI

·         Mentor and drive other team members

·         Develop and lead the design and develop practice within VSS

 

Experience and Skills Required:

·         10+ years’ operational experience in running a globally distributed IT service organization

·         5+ Years of experience in Information Security

·         10+ years’ experience in infrastructure management

·         Experience with supplier management and performance management
