Technical support for diagnosing reproducing and fixing Wintel Hardware and OS
issues/problems

Responsible for managing
Server related Incidents/Service Requests and Change Requests within the
defined SLA
·
High level of proficiency in
VMware and Windows administration and Troubleshooting
·
Provide recommendations to improve
and address/lead critical issues and root cause analysis
·
Actively contributes to the
troubleshooting performance tuning of Windows and VMware servers
·
Perform necessary Windows and
VMWare infrastructure maintenance activities and migration as required
·
Identify scalability
performance and integration issues and propose optimal solutions, collaborate
across products/vendors and geography to come up with a compelling solution
·
Able to provide technical
guidance to other team members
·
Required to work as on-call
support to provide 24x7 supports
