Vendors (Citrix/Microsoft) to provide solution to the customer for major incidents

Citrix XenApp farm health
monitoring and troubleshooting the end user issues
·
Implementation of new Citrix policies
as per customer business requirements
·
Part of the Capacity planning
team for Citrix XenApp farm
·
Working with Hardware
vendors for Firmware upgrades for Physical Blades, Racks and Chassis
·
VM Servers build & rebuild
(Deploying the New VM from the Template and Cloning an Existing VM) as per the
client request
·
Administrating of
Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp environments
·
Creating, Publishing and
Troubleshooting of Desktops in Citrix XenDesktop
·
Monitoring All Physical and
Citrix XenApp and VDI environment Servers Using Nagios
and Solarwinds Monitoring Tool
·
Provide Reports weekly and
Monthly Team Productivity to the Managers
·
Manage VM’s using VMware
virtual center and through web access
·
Troubleshooting Physical Servers
by Logging through ILO or SCCM Server
·
Performing Snapshots, Cloning,
cold migrations and hot migrations
·
Root Cause & System Log
Analysis and reporting, troubleshooting problems with the help of Event Logs
