Job Description
·
This role is primarily
responsible for 24x7 monitoring of the Security & Network infrastructure
·
They respond to potential
incidents and perform incident first action within agreed SLAs
·
This role applies technical
skills to a variety of IT technologies, computing systems, programs, systems
and networks
·
Coordinate with other
technical support groups to drive problems towards remediation
·
Provide service improvement
recommendations basis trending analysis. It is essential for them to integrate
and share information within the team
Key Roles and
Responsibilities:
·
Round the clock shifts (24/7)
Monitoring, Incident Management, Reporting
·
3 to 4 years of experience
supporting technology platforms such as computer systems, networks, or
applications.
·
2 years of experience using
MS Office suite, especially MS Excel for reporting metrics/dashboard, etc.
·
Experience in ITSM
(Incident/Change/Problem Management) ticketing tool like Remedy, Service Now,
CA, etc.
·
Any scripting language (nice
to have)
