Roles and Responsibility :

·         Monitoring health of ATM for its expected up time

·         Handling Help desk activities  ( ticket generation & Assignment with follow up till closure)

·         Close Coordination with all the ATM vendors for ensuring proper functioning of the terminal & better ATM availability

·         Responsible for ensuring updates & follow-ups are systematically conducted within TAT

·         Updating issue status & follow ups in the monitoring tool on time
