Roles and Responsibility
  • Co-ordinate with Global Operations & Platform teams (Hardware and Software) for requirements gathering , follows up on program meeting agenda, status update, action closure and dashboard/metrics updates.
  • Manages day-to-day stakeholders interaction globally and manages stakeholders expectations.
  • Manages the program data on behalf of the Sr. Program manager and directors and helpful to team in their absence.
  • Supports in Analyzing the gathered requirements and generates metrics for multiple programs and support HWs Procurements for programs.
  • Works with Operations and Platforms teams on HW ordering, Shipment tracking and logistical processes.
  • Manages Iproc requests for all Capex & Opex needs & maintains project plan for the programs.
  • Create JIRA Tickets for issue tracking in programs and escalating to the responsible management and follow closure.
  • Manage Assets tracking Tool : Periodical monitoring of Asset status in RFID tool and Reporting out of RFID tool status Creates JIRA and SharePoint site for the program with structured content.
  • Maintain project sites and documentation by using project collaboration tools SharePoint and provide better visibility to Stakeholders, Subject Matter and Sr. Management team. Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Reporting to Management.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • 2+ years of relevant Exp on Project Coordinator,
  • Good Exposer on Global Project management.
  • Ability to interact with high level Stakeholders.
  • Basic Project Management skills and experience in PMO Self-starter with strong ability to work independently and Comfortable to work in an extremely fast paced work environment.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint. Expert in reporting and documentation. Electronics background would be an added advantage.

  • Electronics background would be an added advantage.
