Roles and Responsibility

Primary Skill: SAP QM Consultant

Secondary: ABAP

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Test equipment management, Quality Notification and Batch management

·         Prepare documents such as business processes, functional specifications and RCA

·         Train business users and end users

·         Manage configuration dependencies between modules of SAP

 

Experience and Skills required:

·         4 - 6 years of experience in SAP QM

·         Good knowledge on Change Management/Incident Management and should have at least 1 full cycle implementations with good experience
Experience in Basic Data, Master Data, Inspection Planning

·         Experience in Quality Inspection, Quality Control, Quality Certification
Experience in support and able to perform break/fix analysis and recommend solutions

·         Analyzing skills of all support issues

·         Knowledge in release management and new functionality / enhancement assessments

·         Familiar with support & maintenance process
Experience in Incident & Change Management tools like Remedy
