Perform Layer management
analysis to attain perfect load balancing of the network

Perform DATA (GPRS&EDGE)
optimization based on Dedicated/ Default TS
·
Perform Network / Cell audit
on the basis of Performance reports
·
Should have Good Knowledge
about Huawei GSM features
·
Should have Experience in one
or more Huawei tools like M2000/ U2000, CME
·
Must have good knowledge of
field and also in OSS/Hardware/Command line
·
Good knowledge on call trace,
Swap from other vendors & rehoming activities
Qualification and Essential
Requirements:
·
Working Experience in
Ericsson 3-5 years in GSM & GPRS/EDGE
·
Sound Knowledge on Excel,
PowerPoint, working Knowledge on Macros in Excel will be an added advantage
·
Require travel at short
notice and willing to relocate to any part of world
·
Ready to work in any (Day/Night)
shift with remote customer
