Roles and Responsibilities:

Creating Symbols in OrCAD
schematics as per standards
·
Creating Generic/Standalone
parts in PTC Creo and maintaining Global library as per standards
·
Creating Generic/Standalone
parts in Solid works and maintaining Global library as per standards
·
Verifying the parameters as
per company standards and reviewing the library process and creating new
process as per the industrial standards
·
Knowledge in identifying
Electrical component properties / attributes from Spec-sheet / Datasheet
·
Knowledge in identifying
Mechanical component properties / attributes from Spec-sheet / Datasheet
·
Knowledge in Check-in /
Checkout files to the common space (Interlink/EPDM)
·
Identifying the RoHS parts
and creating parts in PLM tool as per the part type. Adding Electrical /
Mechanical components properties / attributes for the created part and promoting
it in ECO for release
·
Identifying RoHS information
in a given Spec Sheet and understanding Spec sheets/Datasheets
Experience and Skills Required:
·
Minimum 4 Years of experience
in Library management
·
Experience in OrCAD
Schematics symbol creation, PTC Creo Parametric part creation and PTC IntraLink
library maintenance, Solid works library part creation and EPDM library
maintenance
·
Familiar with Enovia is added
advantage
·
Familiar with Family tables
in Creo
·
Familiar with Design table
configuration in Solidworks
