Key Job Description/Responsibilities

·         Understand customer needs, by enquiring in an inquisitive manner, provide options to end user and together arrive at solutions

·         Understanding of IT Asset Lifecycle from Asset acquisition to management and disposal

·         Ability to learn existing processes and create new ones where none exists

·         Experience of 2 to 3 years in performing store inventory management tasks

·         Experience in or understanding of software lifecycle

·         Collaborate with operations, security, Talent and other teams to get the job done

·         Knowledge of advanced features of Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting

·         Experience of using an Incident or Service request management tool

·         Experience of using an IT Asset management tool
