Roles and Responsibility

1 to 2 Years in Facilities (Non - Technical) department

Good Communication and mail writing skills

Vendor Management

Managing soft services like housekeeping, pest control and pantry services etc

Initiate Procurements of materials pursuing the department

Inspect the turn out and attendance of the staffs

Maintaining the records of the departments

Responsible for monitoring all activities at site by the service providers

Good in computer skills in MS Office
