Secondary Skills: SAP –Testing knowledge is a must (CAS or MM or FI or
Data load) preferably S4 HANA knowledge
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide
estimates for new project test phases and incorporate past learnings into the
estimating model for increased accuracy in future use - Vendor (Approve Cargill
TL)
Define
testing plan for assigned (Product & Regression) Test Phases - Approve
Cargill Test plan
Responsible
for leading projects through the assigned testing cycles and providing
direction and coaching leading to successful delivery of the testing effort
Areas
of potential application (potentially sequenced and/or concurrent test cycles)

Ensure
prerequisites are in place for E2E testing activities of test preparation,
execution and defect management, including test resources (on & offshore),
schedule, and procedures
Execute
against testing plan following Cargill test methodology for various testing
efforts within the Cargill projects
Manage
test planning, preparation, execution and defect management activities to
schedule and on budget, by managing the day to day activities of testing
resource and collaborating with associated teams including: Solution Build,
Business Implementation, etc.
Manage
workload of offshore team of dedicated testers – Quality
Coordination
with Solution Build Design & Technology Teams (Cargill SIA and SA )
Provide
status updates via accurate metrics, end of day status bullets, holding status
meetings with test resources and presenting overall status to Test Manger &
Project Leadership;
Preparation,
entry criteria, execution, defect management and defect disposition
Escalation
to Leadership of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget or quality of
testing
Responsible
for providing input and improvements to the processes and technology that are
pertinent to the testing organization. Driving Improvements
Lead
testing teams to a higher level of understanding with respect to testing methodology
and processes through the utilization of proven change management approaches
Determine
appropriate resource management strategies and execute against them to ensure
deliverable completion
Manage
updates to all test related documentation and deliverables - Review and Approve
Estimation
on the Test execution & Plan
At
least 1 Test Management Tool Experience is needed (HPALM, Req pro or Jira
etc..).
Expertise
on Test life cycle and process
Team
management & Risk management knowledge needed
