Roles and Responsibility

Primary Skills: end to end testing

 

Control the test process and test products on a high level, in order to constantly monitor the progress and quality of the test process as a whole and the quality of the test object specifically

Based on the agreed methods and frequencies as described in the Master Test Plan, the Test Manager will report to the project team on the quality and progress

Make the necessary adjustments in the test process to keep on track
