Supports commercialization of
customers end product designs based on snapdragon chipsets across multiple IoT
product segments gathers requirements, schedule details
Initiates and follows up both
internally and externally design reviews, identify feature/component gaps,
highlights schedule impact if needed to ensure alignment with feature delivery
plan etc.
Works closely with Technical
Account Managers and customer engineering teams to identify critical/blocking
issues and follow up on resolution, collate status and present consolidated
customer project status to the engineering leads
Co-ordinate across multiple
technical, test teams and manage escalations if an issue falls across multiple
functional areas
Continuously monitor customer
projects execution progress, KPI benchmarks, power/thermal test results,
identify launch risks, escalate appropriately and help mitigate risks to ensure
on time launch
Maintain dashboards and
provide inputs for program/operation review when needed summarize learning and
share with wider team in appropriate forums
Brings in continuous
improvements for customer support, documentation kits, tools etc..
Experience and Skills Required:
3+ years as a Program Manager
in mobile or consumer electronic product development (IoT)
Demonstrated leadership
skills Proven program/project management skills Experience of working in an international
team
5 to 8 years of experience in
commercialization of devices in mobile or internet of things
Hands on technical experience
in Linux or Android based embedded designs
