Resolution of Level 1 issues and reallocation of unresolved issues to
appropriate team/s
Respond to user requests
Work with various engineering/support teams to address user
questions/issues/requests
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
Excellent analytic, troubleshooting and problem solving skills, with proven
ability to quickly understand a problem, determine significance of issue and
identify a solution

Experience and Skills
Required:
3+ years of experience
in implementing/supporting applications built using Microsoft Business
Intelligence tools
Microsoft SQL Server Database, T-SQL, SSIS, SQL Agent, SSRS, MS Excel, Power BI
and ADF
Excellent communication and coordination skills Data analysis Business
requirement/issues analysis
Configuration Management - support workflow/tickets management
Prior experience in database monitoring, data quality assurance, sustenance of
BI applications
