Develop deep understanding of
the India talent market to uncover actionable insights that will inform
marketing strategy, tactics, and test plans
Build campaigns across a
variety of digital marketing platforms including Web, Paid Search, Display,
Email, Social media and Mobile and effectively integrate efforts across
platforms. These campaigns could be focused on brand awareness as well as
pipeline building and lead generation
Plan and optimize media
campaigns and direct marketing efforts to support talent acquisition to achieve
hiring goals
Partner with the university
recruitment team to drive and execute innovative campus engagement strategies,
leveraging on ground events, digital, social, and mobile campaigns to break
through with early career talent and set apart
Partner with global brand
experience teams and partner agencies to define creative and execution tactics
for strategic events, digital campaigns and social media content
Work with agency partner and
brand experience team for event experience, booth design, collateral creation,
event invite email content and lead nurture and follow up strategies
Collaborate with the global
marketing analytics partner and work on publishing an insights/traffic report
which helps to review career site and lead gen campaign performance on a
fortnightly basis
Experience and Skills Required:
5 to 8 years of developing
and executing on brand strategy and marketing plans with a proven record of
setting high goals and achieving them
Experience on executing
digital marketing and social media campaigns both from an awareness and lead
generation perspective
Experience writing creative
briefs and partnering with agencies to develop break-through creative and
messaging that connects emotionally with target audiences
Strong prioritization and
project management skills to execute with excellence
Able to use marketing funnel
and analytics tools to interpret data, recommend meaningful actions, and
optimize programs for improved ROI

fast with a test & learn mindset
Effective at building strong
relationships and influencing partners/leaders
Experience with employment
branding and recruitment strategies is preferable but not mandatory
