Responsible
for the overall management and delivery of innovative solutions using the
selected technology platform, through an agile approach
Coordinate
with multiple, dispersed business sponsors, and work with the delivery team to
ensure that the solution is delivered according to right business needs, with a
strong focus on usability and users adoption
Act as
trustful business partner to guarantee the understanding of customer needs and
drivers
Serve as
the main driver of the client relationship and communication
Establishes
the bridge between the business and the technical team according to project
needs, representing the business to the delivery team
Ensure
strong project management practices, managing the budget, timeline, resources,
scope, change requests, risks, status report and sales interface
Manages
backlog and functional analysis
Negotiate
with customer the sprint requirements, the scope changes and the project
deadlines
Ensure team
work, commitment, expectations alignment and quality procedures
Conducts feature
delivery demos, collect, analyze and prioritize feedback
Manage
project budget and resource allocation
Present
oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to
appropriate levels of management
Experience and Skills
Required:
5 to 10
years of overall IT experience with at least 3-6 years of Project Management
Experience
Agile
Project Management Experience is a must (played Product Owner + Project Manager
Role) with preferably PMP/ACP/Scrum Master certification
Managed
Custom Development Projects and Not Transition or Enterprise Deployments
Knowledge
of Low code or BPM platforms hosted on Cloud Technologies
Well-versed
with JIRA, Microsoft Project Plan
