Should be able to understand
different roles in IT Delivery like Tech Lead / Platform Specialist, Business
Analyst, Solution Architect, CG Lead, CG Manager etc.
Should be familiar with resource
management, both demand and supply
Should be familiar with
hiring as well as partner engagement models, time Hire and Output Based
Will support the Competence
Group Management Team in reporting, consolidating resource requirements,
analyzing the requirements, forecasting new requirements and coming up with
resourcing strategies
Resource utilization is a
major KPI of the Competence groups
Fulfilling the demands and at
the same time adjusting the resourcing to ensure optimum utilization of the resources
Ensure timely availability of
capabilities (Business Analysts, Tech Leads and external delivery teams) to
develop and support a specific business or enabling platforms,
industrialization of solution delivery, whilst maintaining employability
Deploys ways of working as
agreed within IT Delivery: enforce agreed way of working in the team in the
specific domain (supported by tools)
Familiarity with tools like
CLARITY & Workday
Exposure to technology like SAP
& Non-SAP, Cloud, Digital, New technologies like AI, ML, IoT etc.
Experience and Skills Required:
10+ years of experience
in IT PMO / Resource Manager
Significant part of
experience to be in people management roles
Should have exposure to
outsourcing and different partner engagement models, in a global setup
Experience in technology
roles and business analysis functions in IT would be preferable
Should be good at networking
and stakeholder management primarily involving Business Managers, Process
experts, Partners, Architects and Service / Operations Leads and managers
Strong focus on
Organizational, Individual and Team KPIs as defined by organization
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of an
organization from operational staff to senior executives both business and IT
