Roles and Responsibility

Skill: Change Management, Solman, Remedy Tool, SAP EP /Portal

 

Job Description:

Ensure day to day SAP Authorization, Role/Profile development, support and manage SAP authorizations

Should have worked and good knowledge on SAP authorization Role- Profile development and production support

Good skills on master, composite roles, Derived roles and Custom T-code

Expertise in SAP R3 BW/BI, APO, SRM and Portal authorization and roles security

Good knowledge in SOX/SoD Audit also good knowledge on security tools like GRC ARA, ARM and EAM

Need to implement Composite role and Master driven role concept

Implement security Analysis and appropriate solutions for R/3, BW, APO and SRM issues

Review critical & sensitive authorizations, implement improvements to meet audit requirements

Suggest and implement best practice role maintenance for queries and reports which saved enormous rework on daily basis

Governance of authorization support processes

Should have End to End Implementation

Controls on application of SoD matrix and use of Sensitive transactions list

SAP Role Creation/modification

Ensure the timely action on security access Issue and request, Tickets/Change request and follow up till closure

Creating documentation and work instructions

Should be able to coordinate global users and maintain service SLAs for Security-authorization request

Team working (interaction with lots of different teams Regional data centers, Local support)

Customer centric and capacity to deliver high level of service
